Our Life: May 2011

So on Wednesday of last week Nichole and I went shopping. We went to Kohls and while we were there I came across some goggles for kids and I was so happy. East has been wanting some forever but I didn't want to get him adult ones because I would have to adjust them a ton and it's a pain so when I found them I was so excited and bought him and Eryn a pair. Let me just tell you they were a huge hit! From the time they put them on they were on permanently, and I couldn't help them put them on even if one of their eyes was bulging out I could not help. This made it so funny because sometimes they were upside down or Eryn's hair was stuck everywhere in them. Let me just say I was laughing my head off all night! Bedtime came and they finally agreed to take them off because I told them if they did they could bath with them on the next day(bribery). Not only did they bath with the goggles on they had to wear them all day and later that evening while we ran some errands. So there we were walking through J and J Nursery with a 2 year old wearing pink goggles that were upside down and half way on her eyes ha ha! People were looking at us and dying laughing! We decided to eat at Taco Time and yes goggles there too. By the end of the night it really didn't phase us anymore until we saw someone staring and laughing then we would remember ( oh ya the goggles). So if your debating whether or not to get your kids some for the summer, do it. They will love them and embarrass the heck out of you!
